A note before you begin

Amy Beckley, PhD & Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh
You've been doing everything right. Now you have a plan.
I'm Amy. I built Proov because I lived this — seven miscarriages, years of unanswered questions, and a feeling that every month was a guessing game. So I made the test I wished I'd had, and a method to use it well.
Your F.A.S.T. Method is three months of real, structured care: at-home hormone testing, a personalized protocol from Dr. Aimee, and a coach in your corner. It's not a quick fix — it's the clarity that's been missing.
This page is your map. Bookmark it and come back anytime — every link you need lives here.

Reading your results.
Once you've logged a few tests, you'll start seeing your patterns build. Here's a gentle orientation to the four hormones you're tracking — just enough to recognize the general shape. Your coach goes deeper with you one-on-one; never read your charts as a diagnosis on your own.
The predictor
LH — luteinizing hormone
Stays low, then spikes once. That surge means your body is getting ready to release an egg — it predicts ovulation is coming.
The build-up
E1G — estrogen marker
Rises before the LH surge as your egg matures, then may have a smaller second rise later.
The confirmation
PdG — progesterone marker
Rises after ovulation, forming a bell-shaped pattern. This hormone pattern helps confirm that ovulation occurred.
The baseline
FSH — follicle-stimulating hormone
May rise at several points in the cycle, including around the beginning of the cycle and ovulation, giving you another view into your cycle pattern.
These are healthy reference shapes — yours won't match perfectly, and that's exactly what your coach is for. Never read your charts as a diagnosis on your own.
